How many t-shirts do I need for a custom quilt?
The number of shirts depends on the size of the quilt you choose. A standard Lap quilt requires 16 shirt sides, while a King size quilt requires 64 shirt sides.
What is the current turnaround time for an order?
Once we receive your shirts at our production facility, it typically takes 3 to 5 weeks to cut, sew, and ship your custom memory quilt back to you.
What materials are used for the back of the quilt?
We use high-quality, ultra-soft Polartec fleece for the backing of every quilt to ensure maximum comfort and durability for years to come.
Do I need to cut the t-shirts myself before sending them?
No, please do not cut your shirts. Our professional production team uses precision templates to ensure every square is perfectly sized for the quilt layout.
Can I include jerseys, sweatshirts, or tank tops?
Yes, we can incorporate jerseys, sweatshirts, and cotton tank tops. As long as the material can be laid flat and cut into a square, it can be part of your Project Repat quilt.
How should I wash and care for my custom quilt?
Our quilts are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to preserve the life of the t-shirt graphics.
