At Project Repat, we want you to love your custom keepsake; however, because each quilt is uniquely handcrafted from your personal shirts, returns are handled based on the stage of production. Once a custom quilt is manufactured, it is non-returnable, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure any construction defects are corrected.
Initial Inspection
Upon receiving your custom quilt, please inspect the stitching, backing, and layout to ensure it meets our high-quality craftsmanship standards.
Contact Support
If you notice a defect or error in your order, email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Evaluation and Approval
Our team will review your claim to determine if the item qualifies for a complimentary repair or a partial refund based on our quality guarantee.
Resolution Process
For approved claims, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the quilt back to our facility for professional correction and expedited return.
